About project
VANISHING POINT
There were days of dust and white light, long roads running between Tunisia and Algeria. We followed them without knowing where they would take us. Inari walked ahead. Children appeared around a waterhole. The desert opened onto a salt lake so vast that earth and sky became indistinguishable. We met strangers, stopped where we felt like stopping, and drove on.
Then, somewhere beyond the last villages, we found the ruins of Star Wars half-buried in the sand.
The strange thing about the desert is that the farther you go, the less you seem to need a destination.
